Jen is Assistant Professor of Responsible Management in Maynooth University. Her research employs a decolonial feminist lens to explore colonialism, hetero-patriarchy and capitalism in management & organisation studies and management education. Her work has been published in Organization, Management Learning and Gender, Work & Organization. Jen is co-chair of the Critical Management Studies division of the Academy of Management and serves on the editorial board of Organization.
