Vijayta Doshi

I am an Associate Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, India. I am of the Bodh and Swangla lineage. My research interests include gender, diversity and inclusion in organizations, entrepreneurship, and leadership. I have been a visiting scholar at the Department of Business Administration, Lund University, Sweden, and the University of Royal Roads, Victoria, Canada. My work has been published in journals, including the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Gender, Work & Organization, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Management Communication Quarterly, and Personnel Review. In 2022, I was invited as a distinguished speaker at the United Nations's 15th Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Global Forum on a panel on 'Indigenous Communities and Responsible Management Education: Opportunities and Challenges.’ I edited a Routledge book titled Postcolonial Feminism in Management and Organization Studies: Critical Perspectives from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh (2023).
